- Email Marketing Tools integrated with AI-driven follow-up systems and tracking features to maximize outreach efficiency.
- Access to CoStar and Property Analytics Platforms for in-depth market research and identification of new commercial opportunities.
- TitlePro for property title research and ownership verification.
- CallTools for high-volume dialing and campaign management.
- ActiveCampaign for advanced email automation, pipeline tracking, and client engagement.
- Office 365 Professional Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams for seamless business operations.
- Comprehensive Training in technical product knowledge, sales strategy, and commercial underwriting fundamentals.
Job Description / Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic outbound outreach to lower- and middle-market private client investors in commercial real estate through phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media platforms.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and conferences to build relationships with lenders and clients while staying current on loan programs and market trends.
- Leverage online analytics tools to identify target product segments, upcoming loan maturities, construction starts, and completions to proactively build a robust pipeline.
- Strategically grow your business on a national scale using CLS CRE’s established platform and resources.
- Present our value proposition to prospective clients, highlighting capital market relationships and tailored loan programs available through our network of lenders.
- Meet with clients at job sites, properties, places of business, social events, and over meals to foster relationships and close deals.
- Participate in weekly production meetings and lender strategy sessions.
- Maintain a weekly business development performance log to track outreach, leads, and deal progress.
- Operate within a collaborative, hybrid work environment offering both in-office and remote flexibility.
Pay:
$100,000 - $500,000 per year (expected commission pay)

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Real estate: 1 year (Preferred)
- Finance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- California Real Estate or Brokerage License (Required) or in the process of working toward one
- Work Location:
- Up to 100% Remote positions available for highly qualified candidates
- Hybrid positions are available for those with moderate experience
- There is a preference for candidates to be within 30 miles of the Los Angeles main office at a minimum based in California.
