Qualifications

• 3-6 years of substantive commercial real estate finance experience.
• Experience with commercial real estate loans and mezzanine loans.
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate finance transactions.
• Manage transactions from initial diligence through execution and closing.
• Draft and negotiate loan documents and related financing documentation.
• Advise clients on securitization, loan acquisitions and dispositions.
