Job summary

H&P Executive Search is engaged by a client in Atlanta to hire a Commercial Real Estate Counsel hybrid role supporting acquisition, disposition, and financing transactions across the infrastructure portfolio.

The ideal candidate has a JD and active bar in good standing, 2+ years of real estate transactional experience, and a preference for tower, telecommunications, or easement transactions.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• 2+ years of relevant transactional experience in commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day closing process for site acquisitions, including lease, title, and survey review.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction and pre-transaction documents, including easements, purchase and sale agreements, and related ancillary agreements.
• Review and assist with pre-transaction documentation, including Letters of Intent.
• Coordinate with outside counsel, title companies, internal stakeholders, and other third parties to ensure transactions remain on schedule.

Compensation: $150,000 - 180,000 base + discretionary bonus structure

Our Client is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Counselto join its Legal team, supporting the execution of acquisition, disposition, and financing transactions across the company’s infrastructure portfolio. They are lookingfor an attorney with 2+years of real estate transactional experience,who are looking to develop in commercial real estate and infrastructure transactions within an in‑house environment.

Key Responsibilities:
