Our client, a prominent law firm with a strong focus on lender-side real estate transactions, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Real Estate Financing Attorney to join its New York office. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent commercial lenders in complex financing transactions involving commercial and mixed-use properties from term sheet through closing.
• Draft and negotiate intercreditor agreements, co-lender agreements, participation agreements, and recognition agreements with third-party lenders and preferred equity investors.
• Advise on all layers of the capital stack, including senior loans, mezzanine loans, preferred equity, and note-on-note financing.
• Prepare and review commitment letters, term sheets, credit agreements, fee letters, ancillary loan documents, and modification or forbearance agreements.
• Draft and review SNDAs, estoppels, and other transactional documentation related to lender interests.
