LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a respected Florida law firm in recruiting a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 2-10 years of experience to join its growing real estate practice.

The ideal candidate will handle complex commercial and residential transactions, draft and negotiate purchase agreements and leases, and advise on development projects while managing deals from contract to closing in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years of commercial real estate experience
• Experience with development projects
• Commercial leasing experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial and residential real estate transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, easements, and other real estate documents
• Advise clients on commercial and residential development matters
• Manage transactions from contract through closing
• Partner with developers, investors, property owners, landlords, and business clients
