Jobot is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney for our Tampa office. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of transactional CRE experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development.

Licensed to practice law in Florida, you will draft and negotiate leases, purchase agreements, loan documents, and joint venture agreements, and contribute to complex multifamily CRE matters. This on-site, permanent role offers a strong benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Florida
• 4-6 years of commercial real estate experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development transactions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating leases, purchase agreements, loan documents, and joint venture agreements through closing.
• Strong deal team experience on multifamily and complex commercial real estate matters.
