Prominent Savannah, Georgia law firm seeks a commercial real estate attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Must have experience in one or more areas of commercial projects, such as acquisition, land use and zoning, environmental review and permitting, capitalization, financing, development, construction, leasing, and resale. The firm’s typical representative engagements include working with owners and developers of shopping centers, mixed-use projects, hotels, apartments, office buildings, industrial and business parks, affordable housing projects, educational facilities, residential developments, master planned communities, and timberland.

The firm has a sophisticated and diverse client base and offers an excellent benefits package and competitive compensation. Must be licensed to practice in Georgia or reciprocal State Bar. Salary ranges from $100,000 - $175,000.
