We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to engage in comprehensive practice of law in the commercial real estate area. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate law, with a particular focus on commercial transactions and zoning regulations. This role will require a strong commitment to client service, the ability to work on a team as well as individually, and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and support for commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, financing documents, and other related documents.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis related to commercial real estate transactions and zoning regulations.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on zoning and land use issues, including variances, special permits, and zoning compliance.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and meetings related to commercial real estate transactions and zoning issues.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the effective and efficient handling of commercial real estate matters.
• Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends in commercial real estate and zoning to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate law, including significant experience with zoning issues.
• Strong knowledge of real estate law, contract law, and zoning regulations.
• Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial real estate documents.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively represent clients in legal proceedings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong commitment to client service and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
