Aligned Talent Acquisition, in partnership with a nationally recognized Am Law firm, seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Columbus, OH office.

This role focuses on sophisticated CRE transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing, with meaningful responsibility and direct client interaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Experience representing clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing.
• Strong transactional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Sound business judgment and ability to manage multiple transactions.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach to working with colleagues and clients.

Responsabilités

• Represent clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate real estate financing transactions.
• Handle commercial leasing matters, including lease drafting and negotiation.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, financing documents, and other transactional agreements.
• Collaborate with experienced partners and clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Take on meaningful responsibility and develop long-term client relationships.
