Job summary

BBG Inc. is a leading independent valuation firm seeking a Certified General Appraiser or Licensed Trainee to perform high-quality commercial real estate valuation and consulting assignments in a timely manner.

Applicants must hold a Certified General or Trainee license and have at least 3 years of experience, with proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Argus Enterprise is a plus. We offer flexible work options and full licensing/dues coverage.

Job description

We are seeking a driven, motivated Certified General Appraiser or Licensed Trainee capable of completing high-quality commercial real estate valuation and consulting assignments in a timely manner. Candidate must hold a Certified General License or Certified Trainee License and have at least 3 years of experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university, preferably in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or other business majors.
• At least one year of experience appraising multifamily assets.
• Registered Trainee or Certified General Appraiser license.
• Must have highly proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Argus Enterprise experience a plus.
• Must have strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage assignments while meeting deadlines.
