Job summary

Opteon USA is seeking talented commercial appraisers to deliver high-quality valuation assignments that meet professional standards and exceed client expectations. We hire both full-time and part-time appraisers, across Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and DC, in a technology-driven environment with strong collaboration.

You will complete valuations, utilize advanced reporting platforms, and communicate clearly while ensuring USPAP/FIRREA compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial appraisal across multiple property types.
• MAI designation preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel for reporting and data analysis.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial appraising, with expertise across multiple property types and complex assignments.
• MAI designation (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive fee split/compensation package, dependent on experience.
