Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Commercial Associate for its Commercial Real Estate Team in Seattle. You will deliver analytical research and data-driven insights to support client and prospect needs, develop market insights, and prepare pitchbooks and relationship reviews to inform strategy.

You will partner with Market Executives, Relationship Managers, and product teams, applying financial analysis and storytelling to support transactions and strengthen client engagement across banking products.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of professional or business experience.
• Applies analytical thinking and financial modeling skills.
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking and the ability to work independently.
• Displays excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possesses proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Maintains strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Understands and interprets corporate financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Supports market and industry data analysis to uncover insights for client meetings and relationship reviews.
• Collaborates with Market Executives, Relationship Managers, and bank teams to prepare client presentations and support client deals.
• Observes and supports credit approval and treasury solution processes to understand products and packaging requirements.
• Supports coordination of clients/prospects with product and deal teams through a transaction.
• Delivers new business analytics, monitors client activities, and performs portfolio optimization to expand relationships.
