REVIEWS and MONITORS quality assurance reviews across all commercial/ business auto lines to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards. CONDUCTS complex analyses of processes, documentation, and controls; SUPPORTS state requested regulatory quality reviews; and works in a solution-oriented manner to identify and support effective resolutions. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
