Senior Commercial Property Solicitor | Chester | 10+ PQE

A well-established law firm in Chester is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (10+ PQE) to take a leading role within its commercial property team.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants genuine autonomy, visibility and influence, with responsibility for developing an established portfolio of commercial property work and helping shape the future direction of the department.

You’ll handle a broad range of complex commercial property matters, with strong experience expected across:

• Commercial leases and disposals
• Development transactions
• Option agreements
• Overage agreements
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Complex commercial property matters

The role also has a strong business development and leadership element. You’ll be expected to build on existing client and referrer relationships, develop new opportunities and help maintain high technical and commercial standards within the team.

You’ll ideally be someone who is commercially minded, well connected and confident dealing with agents, developers, accountants, IFAs and other professional contacts.
