Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager in Northbrook, IL. This onsite role involves overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties throughout the Chicago area with occasional travel between sites.

The successful candidate will own day-to-day operations, build strong tenant relationships, and manage properties from an operational and financial perspective, including budgeting and vendor coordination.

A growing real estate organization in the Northbrook area is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties throughout the Chicago area. What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial property management experience
• Experience managing office, retail, industrial, or mixed-use properties preferred
• Strong understanding of vendor management, tenant relations, and property operations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel locally to assigned properties throughout Chicago and surrounding suburbs
