**Commercial Property Manager**
This role offers the opportunity to oversee a diverse portfolio while playing a key role in property operations, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction.

Highlights include:

Manage day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring exceptional tenant service and operational excellence.

Coordinate maintenance, capital improvement projects, vendor relationships, inspections, and emergency property issues.

Prepare operating budgets, monthly property reports, CAM reconciliations, and oversee accounts receivable and collections.

Partner with ownership, tenants, vendors, municipalities, and lenders to ensure efficient property management and compliance.

Administer lease renewals, tenant improvements, insurance compliance, and property documentation.

Drive process improvements and operational best practices while building strong relationships with tenants and

ownership.

Pay: $70k-$80k (DOE) + bonus and great benefits!
