Commercial Property Claims Adjuster | Remote

King's Insurance Staffing provides a pay range of $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr, based on skills and experience. The role offers additional compensation such as an annual bonus, RSUs, and stock options.

Our client, a reputable insurance carrier, seeks a Commercial Property Claims Adjuster to manage mid to complex first-party commercial property claims nationwide. This remote position is ideal for experienced examiners familiar with policy interpretation, vendor management, and customer-focused claims resolution.

• Handle full-cycle investigation, evaluation, and resolution of commercial property losses, including business income and litigated claims
• Review and interpret policies to determine coverage
• Draft and issue coverage position letters
• Manage external vendors and legal counsel for efficient claims handling
• Ensure compliance with statutes, case law, and regulations
• Maintain high customer service standards and adhere to best practices

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial property claims experience
• Experience with business income and litigated losses preferred
• Active NY adjuster’s license a plus
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
