Job Description:

As a Commercial Truck Sales Manager at Avon Lake CDJR, you will be responsible for creating our Promaster commercial truck division. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and develop strategies to expand our market presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated self-starter to grow a business from the ground up with significant upside potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and service targets for Promaster Trucks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
  • Create Sales, Leasing, and Service Contract solutions for Commercial Truck partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
