Embark Recruiting Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for commercial projects in the Charleston, SC area. You will lead from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and coordination with owners, architects, engineers, and subs. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience on commercial construction projects.
• Experience with preconstruction through closeout processes.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, scheduling and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate meetings and align with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project docs.
• Monitor costs, billing, and overall financial performance.
• Provide regular updates to clients and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and building codes.
• Support estimating and value engineering as needed.
