Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for identifying and securing commercial opportunities? Paschal is looking for a Commercial Project Manager to drive growth across the light commercial, multi-family, and subcontracting sectors.
In this role, you'll lead the charge in identifying new business opportunities, developing key relationships, and managing commercial projects from initial contact through successful completion. You’ll serve as both a business developer and a project leader—creating value-driven partnerships and delivering high-quality solutions in collaboration with internal teams.

What You'll Do:
· Proactively identify and pursue commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical project opportunities
· Cultivate strong relationships with property managers, general contractors, and developers
· Lead pre-construction meetings, project planning, and estimate reviews
· Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with operations teams
· Ensure clear communication between stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams
· Represent Paschal at industry events, networking functions, and trade associations
· Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and project updates in CRM
· Drive performance toward revenue and profitability targets
