Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects.
• Work directly with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Develop project budgets, timelines, and scope documentation.
• Monitor job sites for safety, schedule adherence, and quality.
• Report regularly to stakeholders with status updates and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial construction management.
• Proven track record in delivering complex, multi-million dollar projects.
• Knowledge of commercial pool and aquatic facility construction a major plus.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Work Schedule
