The Commercial Product Trainer - High Horsepower Tractors is responsible for planning, developing and delivering product training programs to internal employees and dealership staff to elevate product knowledge, resulting in increased sales. The trainer analyzes farming product training needs to support the strategic Sales and Marketing plans and evaluates current training programs to ensure alignment with the objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Craft and develop Commercial Training documentation for Case IH's and New Holland's high horsepower tractor offerings through research, analysis, and interpretation of engineering information.
  • Collaborate with platform Marketing managers and Technical Training team to monitor product evolution and update training documentation.
  • Transform technical product information into clear value propositions, highlighting features, benefits, and return on investment for sales teams and customers.
  • Deliver comprehensive commercial product training to our dealer organization.
  • Partner with Sales staff to identify and address specific regional training needs.
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Manage external suppliers in the development of product literature and training materials, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis to build effective selling strategies supporting Case IH and New Holland dealer sales performance.
  • Lead "Train the Trainer" and "Know Your Product" sessions for CNH Industrial employees.
  • Develop and implement multi-modal training solutions, including web-based modules and blended learning approaches, optimized for learner needs.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Agriculture, Education, Training, Business Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years combined experience in direct training, instruction, education, sales or product management (gained through field sales experience).
  • Alternative qualification: Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Agriculture, Education, Training, Business Management or related field, plus 4 years of combined experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years working knowledge within agriculture/farming, machinery or heavy equipment industries.
  • Daily user of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.

Annual base salary range for this position is $72,750 - $97,000 USD. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
