Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Wealth Management Post Underwriter to support the Commercial Post Underwriting function after underwriting approval.

You will manage loan fulfillment, collaborate with bankers and documentation teams, and help ensure funding readiness. Responsibilities include reviewing loan packages, maintaining data in internal systems, coordinating with partners, validating documents, and resolving discrepancies to deliver a high-quality client and banker experience while upholding

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–3+ years of experience in loan documentation, loan operations or related banking functions.

Responsibilities

• Review approved loan packages and supporting documentation.
• Enter and maintain information within internal systems.
• Coordinate with documentation preparation partners.
• Validate completed loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and resolve documentation deficiencies with bankers.
• Help ensure loans meet all requirements for funding readiness.
