Qualifications

• Detail oriented, excel in a deadline-driven environment, and be an independent problem solver.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office products, with emphasis in Excel.
• Experience with construction lending and familiarity with construction terminology is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant US based experience.

Requirements:

• The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics with a 3.25 GPA.
  • Commensurate related work experience will be considered in lieu of specific degree major requirement.
• 1-3 years of credit or lending experience, commercial underwriting, and/or construction administration experience
• Candidate must be detail oriented, excel in a deadline-driven environment, and be an independent problem solver.
