Job summary

Weston & Sampson, Wilmington, MA, is seeking an Aquatics Technician to support pool operations, maintenance, and startup of systems at our sites. You’ll perform regular contracts, on‑call services, and communicate with schedulers and site teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pool maintenance, OSHA 10, CPO certification, and proven ability to troubleshoot water chemistry and equipment failures while servicing commercial pool equipment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical swimming pool, mechanical maintenance and repairs experience with increasing responsibility.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• CPO certification.
• Ability to troubleshoot pool water chemistry and equipment failures.
• Proficient in servicing commercial swimming pool equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform recurring pool operation contracts (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Perform on-call emergency services.
• Startup filters and chemical systems.
• Upsell UV, CPO, and maintenance contracts for new projects.
• Coordinate with scheduler on manpower needs.
• Sustain strong client communication and document site activities.
• Assist with pool construction and repairs as directed by supervisor.
