Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in Southeast Michigan. You will manage full lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout, coordinate with clients and subs, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

With 5+ years in commercial PM and proficiency in Procore, you will shape project success, ensure safety and quality, and contribute to a culture of growth. A Bachelor's in Construction Management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction PM experience.
• Procore or similar project management software proficiency.
• Strong financial acumen and subcontractor management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Carpentry and/or prior field experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
• Lead project documentation, schedules, and cost tracking.
• Champion safety and quality on-site.
