Paramount Plumbing Inc is actively hiring an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale commercial plumbing projects in the Orlando, FL area. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Manage the full project life cycle for commercial plumbing jobs - from pre-construction to final turnover
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans
• Lead pre-construction planning including material procurement, submittals, RFIs, and coordination with general contractors
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with owners, GCs, architects, engineers, and field teams
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality, progress, and compliance with project documents and plumbing codes
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to company leadership and clients
• Monitor project costs and ensure budgetary compliance
• Proactively identify and resolve potential project risks and issues
• Ensure adherence to OSHA 30 safety standards and company safety policies
• Mentor and support field leadership and plumbing crews
• Manage close-out procedures, warranties, and post-construction activities
• Participate in travel projects as needed (per diem provided)
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on commercial plumbing projects
• Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems, installations, and code compliance
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project specs, and construction documents
• Proficient in project scheduling and budget management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Proficiency with project management software is a plus
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability and willingness to travel for select projects (per diem provided)
