Kemco Facilties Services seeks a Mid-Level Plumber to join our team. You will install, maintain, and repair plumbing and drainage systems for restaurants and commercial properties, ensuring code compliance and reliable service.

The role requires 3–5 years of commercial plumbing experience, a valid license, ability to read blueprints, and strong problem-solving and communication skills; on-call hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in plumbing, with a focus on commercial and restaurant systems.
• Valid plumbing license or certification in the state/country of employment.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in tight spaces.
• Willingness to work on-call hours or weekends.
• Excellent communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing and drainage systems for restaurants, commercial kitchens, and other commercial properties.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs on pipes, water heaters, dishwashers, sinks, faucets, and toilets.
• Assist in installation of new plumbing systems for renovations or new construction projects, ensuring codes compliance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime for clients.
• Ensure work meets local plumbing codes and health and safety regulations.
