Job summary

Feddon Mechanical LLC is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Service Manager in Pinellas Park, FL to build and lead our commercial plumbing service operations. The role combines hands-on field work with executive oversight to drive profitability, project quality, and scalable workflows.

You will mentor field technicians, manage scheduling and dispatch, review sites, and develop processes that expand recurring service revenue while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial plumbing background with knowledge of codes and safety.
• Experience as Foreman, Service Supervisor, or Project Manager.
• Ability to diagnose complex failures and estimate labor and materials.
• Ability to read construction drawings and manage small projects.
• Willingness and physical ability to perform field work.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, scheduling, and dispatch for commercial service calls.
• Perform hands-on service calls, troubleshooting, and small installations.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate customer needs and prepare estimates.
• Establish scalable service procedures, estimating standards, workflows, and performance.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and ensure safety and workmanship standards.
• Build long-term commercial account relationships to grow recurring revenue.
