Job summary

The Lee Company is seeking a hands-on technician helper to assist with a range of plumbing installations, repairs, and routine maintenance. You will work with experienced technicians on faucets, fixtures, water heaters, sump and sewage pumps, and related piping components.

Ideal candidates communicate well, manage time effectively, and collaborate with trade professionals to ensure quality service. A high school diploma is preferred, with opportunities for skill development and career growth

• Proven ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Strong time-management to juggle installs, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
• Ability to interact professionally with technicians and trade professionals.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced field environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing equipment and systems including faucets, fixtures, water heaters, and pumps.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with team to ensure timely completion of service tasks.

Summary of Job:

Primarily responsible for helping other technicians in performing installs, repairs, and maintenance to a variety of equipment and plumbing systems including faucets, plumbing fixtures, water heaters, sump and sewage pumps, booster pumps, backflow preventers, and all materials of Pipes – Valves – Fittings.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
