Clendaniel Contracting LLC in the Phoenix metro area seeks a dependable Commercial Plumbing Helper to join our field team on commercial projects. The role offers $20-$25 per hour, Monday-Friday, typically 30-40 hours per week, with early starts and occasional overtime or travel.

No prior plumbing experience is required, though construction or skilled-trade experience is a plus; learn and grow with the company while supporting plumbers on installations and underground work.

Qualifications

• No plumbing experience required, but construction or skilled-trade experience is preferred.
• Must be able to read and use a tape measure.
• Basic familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Able to perform physical construction work and work outdoors.
• Able to work well as part of a crew and take direction.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist plumbers with commercial plumbing installations.
• Help with underground, rough-in/top-out, and finish work.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and prepare piping and materials.
• Dig, trench, backfill, and assist with underground work.
• Load, unload, organize, and care for tools and materials.
• Use basic hand and power tools safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
• Follow instructions and jobsite safety procedures.
