Job summary

Signature Labor Services is seeking an Experienced Commercial Plumber Technician to support multiple commercial construction sites across Southwest Florida, with locations primarily between Tampa and Fort Myers. The role is based in Sarasota, FL, offering weekly pay and full benefits.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of commercial plumbing experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years commercial plumbing experience.
• Plumbing license preferred
• OSHA 10 preferred
• Experience with high-rise and large projects is a plus.
• Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions
• Complete all assignments requiring physical activity for a full shift
• Work all hours assigned.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.

Experienced Commercial Plumber Technician

Pay: $28-$35 HR/DOE | Location: Sarasota, FL | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits

Multiple commercial construction job sites throughout Southwest Florida, primarily between Tampa and Fort Myers.

Candidates from Tampa, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, North Port, Bradenton and nearby communities are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance on commercial sites
• Replacing traps in sinks
• Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing schematics
• Other duties as assigned by site supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years commercial plumbing experience.
• Plumbing license preferred

• Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions
