Job summary

Kemco Facilties Services is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Plumber to join our team. You will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for commercial properties and restaurants, ensuring code compliance and reliable operation.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, a valid plumbing license, and strong diagnostic and communication skills. On-site work, some on-call hours, and opportunities for professional development are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in plumbing for commercial/restaurant systems.
• Valid plumbing license or certification if required.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in tight spaces.
• Good communication with team members and clients.
• Willingness to work on-call hours or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and drainage systems for restaurants, commercial kitchens, and other commercial properties.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs on pipes, water heaters, dishwashers, sinks, faucets, and toilets.
• Assist in the installation of new plumbing systems for restaurant renovations or new construction projects, ensuring systems meet local building codes.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues and minimize downtime.
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and health and safety regulations, especially in foodservice environments.
• Provide exceptional service by communicating with clients about status, timelines, and maintenance recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and inspections, ensuring paperwork is up to date and compliant with company policies.
