Kemco Facilties Services is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Plumber to join our team, focusing on commercial and restaurant plumbing and drainage systems. You will install, maintain, and repair plumbing while upholding health and safety standards for our clients.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience, a valid plumbing license, and the ability to read blueprints. You’ll troubleshoot issues, work on-call as needed, and contribute to positive outcomes for our restaurant and commercial

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in plumbing, with a focus on commercial and restaurant systems.
• Valid plumbing license or certification in the state of employment.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations and safety standards; ability to read blueprints.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in tight spaces.
• Willingness to work on-call hours or weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing and drainage systems for restaurants and commercial properties.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs on pipes, water heaters, sinks, and fixtures.
• Assist in installing new plumbing systems for renovations or new construction while meeting local codes.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime for clients.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and health regulations, especially in foodservice environments.
• Communicate with clients about status, timelines, and maintenance recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and inspections.
