Summit Service Solutions, Inc is seeking a Commercial Plumber with 4–6+ years of commercial plumbing construction experience for long-term projects, including new builds, renovations, and upgrades. You will read blueprints, lay out runs, install DWV, water, and gas piping, and aim for first-pass inspections on each job.

This is a first-shift, contract-to-hire role with full-time payroll potential after permanent hire. Bring your own plumbing hand tools and PPE.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of commercial/industrial plumbing construction experience
• Ability to read and work from commercial plumbing blueprints and isometrics
• Hands-on skill joining copper, PVC, cast iron, and PEX, with knowledge of code and pressure testing
• Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs

Responsabilités

• Pass rough-in and final inspections on the first attempt
• Install DWV, domestic water, and gas piping to code and project specs
• Hit the schedule by completing underground, rough-in, and trim-out phases on time
• Read prints and lay out runs to avoid conflicts with HVAC, electrical, and structural work
• Cut, join, and support copper, PVC, cast iron, and PEX; pass pressure tests
• Install water heaters, backflow preventers, carriers, and fixtures
• Diagnose and fix leaks and pressure or drainage issues
• Work safely following OSHA requirements with zero incidents
