Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Pipefitter in commercial/industrial environments.
• Proficient in steel, copper, PVC, and cast iron piping.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and piping layouts.
• Familiar with rigging, threading machines, grooving tools, and other industry equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, thread, groove, and bend pipes to exact specifications using hand and power tools.
• Install and assemble pipe systems, supports, valves, and related hydraulic, pneumatic, or steam systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, piping isometric drawings, and technical specifications.
• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot piping systems for leaks and performance.
• Perform repairs and adjustments to piping systems as needed.
• Work with welders, plumbers, and other trades to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and policies.
