Job summary

Orkin is expanding its Commercial sales team in Pasco, WA. The Home Sales Inspector role combines competitive drive with top-tier service leadership. The position offers a path to growth, a company vehicle, and rewards for top performers.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a field sales or service role.
• Must have or be able to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license is required for field visits.

Responsibilities

• Sell Orkin products and services to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to prevent pests and meet regulatory standards.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through prospecting and managing leads.
• Conduct comprehensive inspections of client properties—interior and exterior.
• Prepare sales agreements and use provided tools to stay organized.
