Orkin in Washington/Oak Harbor is seeking a Home Sales Inspector to join the commercial sales team. You will sell pest management services to diverse industries, build client relationships, and achieve sales goals with a defined territory.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and manage expectations.
• Prospect new business and convert leads to sales.
• Prepare sales agreements and stay organized using provided tools.
