Responsibilities

The Commercial Service Pro commits to safely and professionally providing the highest level of protection and service to customers on a designated route. Your career begins with comprehensive, award-winning training that prepares you with the skills needed for daily route operations, scheduling, issue diagnosis, and treatment planning. Each customer interaction aims to understand problems and resolve them effectively.

You will...

• Complete our award-winning training to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow route and daily operation schedules within your assigned territory to ensure timely and safe customer visits
• Operate a company vehicle safely, maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Conduct yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity
• Be a problem solver with empathy, listening to customer needs and recommending efficient, innovative solutions
• Meet with customers to explain actions, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services for peace of mind
• Inspect customer properties — training provided!
• Communicate effectively with customers about actions and services
• Complete service documentation via handheld devices for accuracy and speed
