PestCo is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician to service Richmond, VA and surrounding areas. You will protect customers’ facilities by performing inspections, implementing effective pest control plans, and maintaining compliant records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work early hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide estimates for one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance.
• Complete scheduled customer appointments on time per policies.
• Act as subject matter expert for pest solutions personal to each customer.
• Apply pesticides safely per label instructions and schedule.
• Respond to inquiries via email, text, or phone.
• Assist with generating new sales leads and sign up new customers.
