Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking Commercial Pest Control Technicians to perform industry-leading pest management for commercial properties. You will inspect, identify pests, determine the type of infestation, apply treatments, and communicate solutions to clients.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, strong reading/writing/verbal skills, basic math, and the ability to follow product labels and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license from state of residence.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to eliminate pests while following safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and maintaining a pest-free environment.
• Provide advice on reducing the risk of future infestations.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with sales to current and new customers.
• Ensure pest control equipment is maintained, stocked, and in good working condition.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations regarding products and safety protocols.
