Job summary

Rentokil is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician to perform industry-leading pest management services for commercial clients. You will inspect properties, identify infestations, apply treatments, and advise on prevention to protect client sites.

Responsibilities include customer education, scheduling, sales support to existing customers, and maintaining equipment while following safety regulations. A driver9 license and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; any related experience or training counted as on-the-job preparation.
• Valid drivers license from the state of residence.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills; ability to present information clearly.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide; read product labels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections to identify signs of pest infestations, damage and entry points.
• Apply pest control products (chemicals, baits, traps) safely and effectively.
• Educate customers on prevention methods to reduce future issues.
• Build relationships with customers; schedule/confirm appointments; assist sales to current and new customers.
• Maintain pest control equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations and safety protocols.
• Drive and operate a company vehicle as required.
