Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Professional level Commercial Parts Pro to support advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. You will maintain profitable growth through strong customer relationships and by ensuring timely delivery.

The role requires automotive parts knowledge and the ability to source from multiple channels. You will supervise Team Members, dispatch drivers, and collaborate with the GM on coaching, while aiming to meet store sales goals and service

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability and experience fulfilling customer transactions.
• Formal or informal experience leading teams and supervising daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are met.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
