Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro to support the growth of our commercial business. The role focuses on profitable customer retention, parts expertise, and coordination with operations to ensure timely deliveries.

You will work with Team Members to meet sales goals while maintaining stock programs and supplier networks. Qualified candidates have at least 3 years in automotive parts, strong selling skills, and comfort with pricing discussions and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years automotive parts experience preferred.
• Formal or informal experience leading teams and supervising daily tasks.
• Familiarity with commercial profitability concepts and pricing discussions.

Responsabilités

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and grow the business.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs and second source suppliers.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development for Team Members.
