Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a professional level sales position to support the commercial side of the business. The role focuses on profitable growth through customer retention, adds value by leveraging expert automotive knowledge, and coordinates with the GM to manage Team Members.

The candidate will source parts from multiple channels, supervise daily activities, and drive delivery accuracy. A minimum of 3 years in auto parts sales is preferred; ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive parts sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and service objectives.
• Experience supervising daily tasks and guiding a team.
• Ability to source parts from multiple channels (special orders, second source, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development for Team Members.
• Direct drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
