Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. seeks a professional level Commercial Parts Pro to drive profitable growth through customer retention and expansion. This full-time role partners with the GM to manage Team Members and directs drivers to ensure timely deliveries, leveraging extensive automotive parts knowledge.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in automotive parts sales, strong English communication, and proficiency with POS and parts lookup systems; ASE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive parts sales experience.
• Proven sales ability with fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals.
• Dispatch drivers and supervise Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build a network of second source suppliers.
