Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability and customer service focus.
• Formal or informal leadership experience guiding daily tasks.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and hit sales goals.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for team members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development needs.
• Dispatch drivers and ensure delivery standards.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs and supplier networks.
• Operate POS and parts lookup systems accurately.
