Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring for a Professional level sales role focused on growing the commercial customer base in the United States. You will maintain relationships, drive sales, and supervise team members while coordinating deliveries and stock management.

The position requires automotive parts knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work with diverse suppliers. A high school diploma and ASE certification are preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating daily tasks.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts.
• Ability to source from multiple suppliers and manage stock.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and provide GAS2 selling experience.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs and supplier networks.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
