Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro in Raleigh to grow a commercial customer base, retain clients, and drive profitable parts sales. You will apply deep automotive knowledge, source parts from multiple channels, and coordinate delivery with drivers.

Collaboration with store leadership is key to coaching staff and meeting goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in automotive parts, strong English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• 3 years automotive parts experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and sales ability
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts
• Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel effectively
• Able to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved
• Maintain commercial stocking programs
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage
