Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro in North Carolina to support the commercial side of the business, focusing on profitable growth through customer retention and expansion. The role collaborates with the General Manager to manage Team Members and ensures timely and accurate delivery of parts.

The candidate should possess strong automotive parts knowledge, exceptional communication, and the ability to source from multiple channels including special orders and second sources.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Formal or informal team leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure delivery standards are met.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
